When does the contract end?

The contract is a 4 year contract that with the 4th year being the 2026-2027 school year.

When should I resign if I want to receive all of my payout for sick time and PTO?

"If someone puts in notice and they work through the end of the year, they receive their benefits through July 31." 

Pay 

"As for pay, they receive their summer pay. For individuals paid current (typically those hired 2015 and earlier) they receive pay through July 31. For individuals paid in arrears they receive pay through August 15."

When do negotiations begin for our next contract?

Contract research begins in the penultimate year of the contract (2025-2026).  Negotiations begin in the final year of the contract. (2026-2027)

We hold officer and building representative elections ever 2 years. If you are interested, please contact one of our officers.
